High performance thanks to hydraulic piston technology! The HeavyCoat equipment pump is driven by a hydraulic system. This has the advantage that the hydraulic piston has a longer and slower stroke compared to electrically operated pumps, thus extending the life of the equipment. The superior capacity of this type of piston allows the application of materials with high viscosity. Reduced wear and long equipment life are positive aspects of hydraulic technology. The wear surfaces of the cylinder and the piston rod are covered with an extremely wear-resistant hard chrome layer, which makes them able to withstand aggressive and abrasive materials. The pressure can be adjusted up to 250 bar.
