ALL PRODUCTS ON THE STARTOOLS.RO WEBSITE CAN ALSO BE PURCHASED THROUGH THE ELECTRONIC PUBLIC PROCUREMENT SYSTEM (SEAP/SICAP) AND EUROPEAN FUNDS

The steps to be followed to order through SEAP are as follows:

  1. Choose the products you want to order through SEAP, noting the codes and names of the desired products.
  2. Send an e-mail to office@startools.ro with the following information:
  3. Our colleagues will take the order and contact you for confirmation.
  4. We will publish the products in the SEAP/SICAP catalog, as a package or individually, according to the specifications of your request.
  5. After initiating and accepting the direct purchase in the electronic public procurement system, we will send the products by courier to the delivery address mentioned by you.
