6. DELIVERY INFORMATION

After placing an order on the website https://startools.ro/ , you will receive a confirmation email. We deliver throughout Romania, using couriers such as Cargus, DPD, Fan Courier, depending on availability.

The ordered products will be delivered within 2-30 working days, depending on the available stock. Before delivery, we make sure that the products are packed properly and safely.

When you receive the package, please check if the packaging is damaged. If you notice such problems, refuse the product and fill out a Statement of Findings together with the courier.
The transport fee is 35 lei. The transport fee may vary depending on the size and weight of the package, as well as the distance traveled. There is also an additional fee of 2 lei/kg for the additional weight. If we deliver to a town that is not in the courier's coverage area, an additional fee may apply. When the package arrives, please sign the receipt document and pay its value. After that, you can unseal the package and check the product. If you are a natural person, you have the right to return the products within 14 calendar days after purchase.
Ownership of the goods is transferred to you at the time of payment by OP or card, or at the time of signing the transport document and making the payment, in the case of delivery with cash on delivery.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR DELIVERY

The delivery of the products has a national expansion area and thus will be done anywhere in Romania.

The customer would have to bear both the costs of a new delivery and the costs of the missed delivery, regardless of the value of the products ordered.

After canceling a card transaction, the issuing bank will unlock the blocked amount in the client's account within 1-30 days, depending on its policy.

7.1 Free Shipping on Certain Orders

BMF SCULE SI ECHIPAMENTE SRL offers free shipping for orders worth over 1000 lei in Ilfov and Bucharest, provided that payment is made by card at the company headquarters or by payment order (OP).
