MULTICOM is a modular scaffolding system that, thanks to the versatility of the quick-coupling node, allows the design of extremely complex structures, to meet all the needs of a construction site. The main element of the system is the structural node, made up of a steel rosette with 8 holes, of which the diagonals, transversals and horizontals are connected, through a coupling head with a wedge that is fixed by a hammer blow. These elements meet the rosette from different spatial directions and always transfer the maximum stress to the center of the stud.
In this way, in addition to the fact that it allows several directions of system development, rigidity and structural stability are guaranteed, as well as a high load capacity despite the small number of components.
The system is constructed of high-tensile steel and protected by hot-dip galvanizing, which makes it long-lasting against corrosion, avoiding regular maintenance.
Through its assembly method, the system allows speeding up and easing installation on site. No leveling of installation platforms, no couplers to fasten, no pipes to cut to size. A light hammer blow is enough to effect the clamping saving a considerable amount of time.
It has various applications in complex structures and is designed to be used on atypical facades or supporting structures, where the use of classic scaffolding is impossible due to the modularity and stability it offers, or for linear facades, being able to successfully replace any field of use of classical scaffolding.
