Overview
Designed in collaboration with Politecnico di Milano University, the Flash Line EVO3 allows for manual cutting of large porcelain stoneware tiles up to 340 cm, for exact results and efficient handling.
The 3WD Revolution “head” system includes three titanium scoring wheels (Ø 8/12/20 mm), capable of effortlessly cutting porcelain stoneware, ceramic, and glass.
You can choose the optimal wheel based on material, density, and surface, to achieve precise cuts and an improved finish.

How to use the product
Step 1 – Scoring (bar)
The scoring bar (single, double, or triple, depending on the size to be cut) includes special rubber strips on the underside for increased grip.
- Place the bar on the tile or slab.
- Place the slider on top of the bar.
- Press the slider to increase grip on the material; the scoring wheel will rotate downwards and make the incision as the slider is moved in the preferred direction (pushing or pulling).
Step 2 – Breaking
After completing the incision, breaking is performed using a special tile plier, operated at the two extremities of the incision made.
