  • Description


Fiac AB415/515 is a professional pump with two pistons driven by a trapezoidal belt.

  • The pump is delivered with a mounted pulley (350mm).

  • The pump has an improved efficiency, a robust construction.

  • The oil sump and cylinder head are made of aluminum, the cylinders are made of cast iron with cooling fins.

  • The pump pistons are made of INOX, and are equipped with 3 segments.

  • Lubrication is done with oil (the pump is delivered with synthetic oil in the bathroom).

  • The valve plate is made of cast iron, with INOX valves.

  • The AB415/515 pump replaces the AB510/ABT510 pump, being perfectly interchangeable with it on all compressors equipped with old pump models.

  • Compared to the old AB510/ABT510 pump, the new model achieves the same air flow at a lower speed, so the life of the pump is longer.

  • It is delivered loaded with synthetic oil in the oil pan.


Depending on the power of the electric motor that drives it, this pump can work at different speeds and achieve different air flows, as explained below:

  • In the case of driving by a 3HP engine and at a speed of 1000rpm, the pump bears the name AB415 and equips e.g. AB90-415MC LongLife or AB200-3F LongLife compressors.

  • At this speed, the life of the pump is improved, so that the compressors equipped with this pump fall into the category of LongLife industrial compressors.

  • In the case of the drive by a 4HP engine and at a speed of 1280rpm, the pump bears the name AB515 and equips e.g. AB200/515TC or AGRI24/515 compressors.

  • Drive with 3 kW / 4 HP motor, pump speed 1280 rpm:

  • Intake air flow rate: 510 l/min (30.6 m³/h)

  • Discharged air flow: 357 l/min

  • Drive with 2.25 kW / 3 HP motor, pump speed 1000 rpm:

  • Intake air flow rate: 400 l/min (30.6 m³/h)

  • Discharged air flow: 300 l/min

  • Number of cylinders: 2

  • Number of compression stages: 1
