TEGO type formwork plywood is made of poplar veneers superimposed, in layers, glued
with water-resistant phenolic adhesives, having the surfaces covered with black or brown phenolic film. Plywood is used especially for formwork, in construction, for which it offers a large number of casting cycles. Laminated plywood is a wooden semi-finished product in the form of a board, made by gluing under pressure a number of overlapping veneer sheets, each layer having wood fibers arranged perpendicular to the adjacent layers, used in the manufacture of furniture, packaging, boats, that support for glued or applied parquet, formwork in constructions
view of concrete pouring, etc.
No other wood product can be used on such a wide scale as plywood.
The special properties offered by plywood are: mechanical resistance, elasticity, folding, high immunity to sudden changes in temperature or humidity, make this material one of the most used.
