These machines are intended for the application of plaster from pre-mixed materials to the bag (modern plasters, based on gypsum or heat-insulating plasters).
The machine also pumps the mixture and is equipped with a 230V-50Hz single-phase motor, for which it requires an installed power of 10 kW, but, on average, the total power is 3.4 kW.
The machine is delivered equipped ready to work, includes commissioning services and free instruction for users.
It can be disassembled into 4 component parts, a situation in which its transport and storage is no longer a problem.
As for efficiency, the machine is perfectly adapted to the wide range of work tasks, being able to create surfaces 10 times larger than in the case of manual application, in addition, the uniformity of the mechanically applied layer is much more homogeneous, the appearance of the processed surface being much more uniform.
From the point of view of safety at work, the recommended devices are checked and designed to comply with all safety and security regulations of the European Union, in force at this time.

The mixer is driven by a motor-reducer assembly that ensures the mixing force, its constancy and the homogeneity of the mixed product.
The membrane electric compressor provided with the machine has external filters, easily accessible, they can be cleaned and changed easily.
The water pump has a stainless steel casing, so it is very resistant to the electrochemical action of water.
The bucket has a frustoconical shape, which ensures easy sliding of the material and is equipped with a mixing chamber.

The water supply is rigorously checked, the water column being equipped with a flow meter and a manometer to regulate its pressure.
The quality of the plastering work depends directly on the consistency of the output pressure of the material on the hose. For this reason, the manufacturing company decided to install a manometer to determine the pressure at the outlet.
The machine can be easily moved within the construction site, being equipped with 2 (Small 50) or 4 wheels (Koine).
The rotor and stator of the auger are Eco-Star Violet.
The order can be made remotely, and the machine has a 20 m electric cable with a power plug at 230V-16A sockets.
Also, for water supply, the machine has a 20 m hose with a diameter of 13 mm, for air, 16 m of hose with a diameter of 13 mm, and for material, 15 m of hose with a diameter of 25 mm, all these hoses including quick couplings type Geka, to reduce the time of connecting the plastering machine to utilities.
To plaster at height, the machine is equipped with a lance that allows application at heights of over 1 m with the same precision and quality.
The provision of deflectors for premixed materials is a special solution, which ensures the increase of the homogeneity of the plaster.
Cleaning and sanitizing the machine is done comfortably, simply and perfectly by using the cleaning part of the mixing chamber as well as the sponge ball for cleaning the hose.
