General Description

Step 120 is a plastering pump powered by 400V, designed for mechanized plastering work, with a maximum flow of 35 l/min and a horizontal/vertical pumping distance of 60/30 m.

It can be used for both mechanized plastering with traditional materials (sand in combination with cement, lime, Multibat, Tenco, etc.) and for bagged mortars/putties (pre-mixed).

Materials introduced into the machine require mixing with water before being fed into the pump hopper. Mixing can be done in a concrete mixer or an optional mixer that can be mounted above the loading hopper.

Mix the material with water before introducing it into the machine's hopper, using a concrete mixer or the optional mixer.
Introduce the prepared material into the pump hopper and set the parameters on the control panel.
