Montolit SUPERLIFT complete system for lifting/installing ceramic tiles

Super Lift 300-70SL-MOB Montolit is a multifunctional frame for handling the latest generation boards that are now getting bigger and heavier.
Designed with galvanized iron telescopic tubes (unique on the market) SUPER LIFT is able to maintain the rigidity even under the pressure of elastic and thinner plates avoiding dangerous bending movements that can break the plate or damage the plate. (The tiles even before installation can be lifted, twisted, switched vertically, moved even in narrow places.
Super Lift is easy to disassemble to make it lighter and more compact during transport, it is completely modular to create several configurations depending on the type and shape of the plates. Moreover, in addition to the standard configurations with 4 suction cups, additional suction cups are available in the catalog that can be added anywhere on the frame, for working on heavier boards or fragile materials.
The fans, the main component of this system, have important dimensions (200mm/ 7.8”) and are equipped with a double warning control through an analog pressure gauge and a red line indicator directly on the pumping system.
Designed with a silicone-based technical rubber that does not leave color on the plate, they are easy to move to any position along the frame, depending on the needs of the plates.
The locking system that holds the suction cups to the frame is efficient and intuitive, this makes the procedure of moving and adjusting the suction cups really fast, precise and safe.
The handles at the end of the bars are made of ergonomic and anti-slip rubber, they are also provided with plastic supports on the back to support the entire structure and to easily place the plate vertically on the wall, avoiding scratching the floor. .
The system of telescopic handles allows the handling of plates up to 380 cm long.
The support of the system on wheels is an innovation in this field, thanks to it the operator can transport the plates on wheels without any fatigue, also the gluing is simplified.
