The PFT Ritmo L FC-230V PowerCoat - A 3-2 (50Hz) mortar pump is a specialized professional-grade machine that automatically mixes with water and continuously pumps prefabricated dry mortars designed for mechanized application.

It can work with materials based on gypsum, lime, and cement mixed with water, resulting in a workable mortar for mechanized applications.

The powerful pumping unit and the spacious material hopper are suitable for both pre-mixed and hopper-mixed materials, ensuring a constant workflow.

It is equipped with solutions for mixture control, operational safety, and easy maintenance, being easy to dismantle for transport and service.

How to use the product

Load with material (pre-mixed or hopper-mixed) and connect the water, using the two inlets to adjust mixing intensity.
Start the equipment for automatic mixing and continuous pumping of the mortar.
Monitor the mortar pressure on the gauge at the DN13 M outlet and use the remote control connection if necessary.
After finishing the work, clean using the cleaning shaft and the rubber mixing zone with a detachable flange.
