High-Pressure Screw Airless Pump – Precise Atomization and Silent Application of Putty and Finishes

General Description

This high-pressure screw pump is suitable for atomizing and applying all types of putty (filling, leveling, finishing), as well as for applying final finishing coats of lime/paint or decorative stucco.

The equipment can apply decorative renders with a grain size of up to 1 mm and insulating membranes based on solvents or bitumen, offering a versatile solution for finishing works on-site.

The 230 V electrical system, equipped with an inverter and manual or automatic operating program, ensures high performance, with continuous adjustment and a flow rate of up to 6 l/min (depending on material consistency).

Thanks to the high-performance screw, the equipment can reach a pressure of up to 110 bar. For putties and lime/paint, an air compressor is not required, which means more comfort and quiet on the job site.

How to Use the Product

Select the material to be applied (putty, lime/paint, decorative stucco, decorative render up to 1 mm or insulating membrane) and prepare it according to the job requirements.
Use the manual or automatic operating program and continuously adjust the system for the desired flow rate, depending on the material's consistency.
Apply with the spray lance and compatible airless nozzles (max. 0.045″ nozzle), then clean the equipment at the end of the shift.

Important Notes

Pumping distance and material flow rate are indicative and non-binding, being influenced by the viscosity and granulometry of the material, the type and wear of the rotor/stator, as well as the ambient temperature.

For materials with a grain size larger than 1 mm, additional air supply is required (minimum 330 l compressor).
